ITALY : At the moment shipments are made by registered mail with tracking by PosteItaliane at a cost of € 7.

Free shipping for orders over € 50, favors excluded.

 

EUROPE, UK (check individual countries): € 10

 

USA, CANADA, BRAZIL, ARGENTINA : 12 €

 

AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND : € 13

 

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. Mei Creations is not responsible for any delays caused by customs controls.

We usually ship in 2-3 business days after receiving your payment.

 

 

Delivery time

ITALY: delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days.

 

EUROPE, UK: 7 to 15 working days.

 

USA, CANADA, BRAZIL, ARGENTINA: 3 to 8 weeks.

 

AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND: 3 to 8 weeks.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Custom orders do not enjoy the right of withdrawal as provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code. Therefore, if you have requested a commission for bijoux or favors, you cannot return or ask for a refund.

Return : contact me within 3 days of delivery using the form in the "CONTACTS" section or by writing to meicreationshandmade@gmail.com and ship the item within 14 days of delivery.

You will be provided with all the information to ship and pack the item correctly, because if I receive the damaged item, I will not refund or you will only be refunded the cost of shipping (i.e. the one you paid when purchasing on the site) .

 

The shipment must be traceable and you will need to provide me with the tracking code.

 

Loss : I will make a report of loss to the post office and after the sure answer of loss, I will contact you and you will decide either a refund or a new shipment. There are no refunds for purchases sent to the wrong address.

 

NB The cost of return shipping is charged to the buyer and will not be refunded.

 

 

Refunds

 

The refund will be made after the return of the intact item at the customer's expense with traceable shipping.

 

Refund for damage

 

The creations are shipped with care and well packaged, but it may happen that during transport they suffer damage due to the postal service. Contact me within 3 days of delivery attaching a photo of the damaged item. In this case, the refund will be total (both for the cost of creation and for the cost of shipping).

 

 

The refund will be made when I receive the return, within 5 days.
