These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as GCS) exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.meicreations.it (hereinafter referred to as "The Site").
The GCS do not regulate the sale of products and / or services by parties other than the Site that may be present on www.meicreations.it through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before carrying out commercial transactions with these subjects it is advisable to check their conditions of sale, as the Site is not responsible for the provision of services and / or for the sale of products by such subjects. The website www.meicreations.it does not carry out any checks and / or monitoring on the websites that can be consulted through these links. The Site is therefore not responsible for the content of other sites.
The Site is dedicated to retail sales for the exclusive use of Consumers; means by consumer or user: the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
In order to make purchases through the Site, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years).
1 Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
1.1 The sending by the Customer of an Order implies the total and unconditional acceptance of these GCS and also the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
Once the Order has been confirmed, the Customer declares to have knowingly accepted the contents and conditions of the Order in question, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times.
After placing the Order, the Customer will not be able to cancel it but still has the possibility to take advantage of the right of withdrawal.
1.2 The Site reserves the right to modify the GCS at any time and even without notice.
1.3 It is the Customer's responsibility to periodically check the GCS to verify any changes. In any case, the GCS applicable to the Order are those accepted by the Customer at the time the Order is sent.
1.4 The Customer, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
2 Registration on the site
2.1 To register on the site you need to fill in the appropriate form by entering:

- residential address
- telephone number
3 Methods of purchase
3.2 The Customer can purchase the products on the Site.
3.3 It is possible to request an order on commission using the form in the Favors section or by writing an e-mail to meicreationshandmade@gmail.com.
4 Prices
The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT (22%). Product prices do not include shipping costs and may change without notice.
5 Product images
The purchased item may differ slightly from the image. Being handmade products there may be small imperfections that make the creation truly unique. The pendants for earrings may not be exactly symmetrical to each other but differ by 1-2 millimeters. Colors may look different and vary from screen to screen.
6 Payments

6.2 PayPal: the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site to proceed with the payment.
7 Shipping and transportation
7.1 Delivery costs are charged to the Customer. At the moment the shipment is made by registered mail with tracking by PosteItaliane. Delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days. Any delays in delivery are not to be charged to the Site but to the postal service.
7.2 The order can be tracked by entering the tracking number here .
8 Withdrawal
8.1 If the Customer is a Consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, in accordance with the provisions of Article 52 of the Consumer Code. Custom orders do not enjoy the right of withdrawal as provided for in Article 59 of the same Consumer Code.
8.2 The Customer can exercise this right within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (read Shipping and Returns )
